Supply us your artwork.
The artwork is a 2 or 3 dimensional preview of what the product will look like upon completion.
When sending your logo, it is recommended that you send all images and logos to us in Adobe Illustrator format ( .Ai .Eps .Pdf .Cdr ) or if required we can retrace a JPEG GIF or PNG image (if the image is large enough for our graphics department to redraw).
Adobe illustrator images are the industry standard for artwork, press and print design.
Once you are happy with the appearance, materials and specifications of your products, the artwork is signed off and your items are placed into a production queue (usually around 5-10 days depending on your product) .
If you have a website address, you can simply direct us to your website and we can design your chosen product in the same theme and colours of your website.
Vector Graphics Explained
When we print your brand or logo design on promotional items, we usually use a pre-production artwork that shows the design to be printed on the item.
This is in the form of Vector graphics, which are scalable and can be moved and resized according to art requirements and the printable area of the promotional product without quality loss or distortion. The image below shows a logo being scaled and designed for manufacturing.
When sending us your logo, we accept JPEG, EPS, PDF, AI or Word Documents with art embedded. We then retrace and touch up your logo or design for manufacturing and send you back a sample artwork. If your website is designed in Flash, we can extract your logo from the SWF source of your site if it is not password protected.
Please ensure that your artwork is in a size that we can use. JPEGs are required to be over 600px in size, Word documents must be viewable in Microsoft Word and AI or EPS can be in any version of Illustrator.
