The Famous BBQ Macrocarpa Board

You’ve worked hard on your meat, now present it on the ultimate canvas. Made from Macrocarpa sourced right here in New Zealand, these boards are available in 3 sizes:

SMALL - Measuring 350mm long, 250mm wide, and 30mm thick. Weight 2kg

LARGE - 500mm long, 300mm wide, and 30mm thick. Weight 3kg

EXTRA LARGE - Measuring 600mm long, 420mm wide, and 30mm thick. Weight 4kg

All the Boards come with a 9mm juice groove prevents that lovely juice from escaping and provides a stable base for cutting.

Care Instructions:
- Wipe clean after use with a damp cloth
- Sticky residue can be wiped off with mild washing up liquid on a damp cloth
- Regularly oil with olive oil or food safe mineral oil
- Never soak or put in the dishwasher
- Never leave in a hot place or in direct sunlight
