Many of our styles are ready-made garments that we brand with your logo. Our Payton unisex puffer jacket is one, in sizes XS to 4XL with an embroidery area of 100mm x 50mm. Our AS Colour range alone lists more than 400 ready-made products, from tees and polos to caps.

Fully custom pieces are made from scratch in your colours. Our custom men's shirt is sublimation printed on 110gsm cotton and lycra, and the custom reversible puffer jacket takes full-colour sublimation. Both list 40 working days, so they suit a launch planned at least eight weeks out.

Parker Men's Poplin Shirt

A long sleeve business shirt suits reception and client meetings, where staff need to look sharp all day. This Parker shirt is a breathable blend of 98% combed cotton and 2% elastane.

It has a seven-button placket, a classic collar and single button cuffs. Your logo goes on by embroidery or Colourflex transfer, and our shirts range lists a women's version too.

Wellington Unisex Windbreaker

Sideline duty and outdoor events need something light that keeps wind and drizzle off. This windbreaker is 80gsm ripstop with a TPU-coated interior for water resistance and a breathability rating of 2000.

Side slip pockets and a hem toggle keep it practical, and sizes run from XS to 4XL. Colourflex transfer or faux embroidery fits a 95mm x 60mm area or a 280mm x 200mm one.

Ridgeline Unisex Puffer Vest

A vest keeps the body warm while the arms stay free, which suits market stalls and winter open days. Our Ridgeline vest is 100% nylon with a quilted body, light synthetic down and a contrast polyester lining.

It has zippered front pockets and two inside pockets. Embroidery covers up to 125mm x 80mm on the chest, and a Supacolour transfer fits an 80mm circle.

Adult Impact Performance Aircool Singlet

Fun runs, touch rugby and summer training need a top that dries fast. This singlet is 100% polyester bird eye mesh with QuickDry technology, in a wide range of colours to match a club's own.

Sizes run from S to 5XL, which covers a mixed adult team. Your logo can be screen printed, embroidered or added by transfer, so the method follows the artwork.

Custom Men's Rugby Shorts

These shorts are made to order, so their colours and prints can be matched to your club's PMS artwork. They are 280gsm polyester interlock, moisture-wicking and breathable, with a drawstring waist.

The design is sublimation printed, so it will not fade or peel. Team names and numbers are added free, and production takes 35 working days, so plan around the season.

Supporters Scarf

Sports fans and university clubs wear a scarf to winter fixtures. This one is polyester with edge-to-edge sublimation on both sides, so the full design shows whichever way it hangs.

Custom Apparel Branding, Artwork and Lead Times

The garment decides the method. Ready-made shirts, jackets and vests take embroidery or a transfer such as Colourflex or Supacolour, while made-to-order pieces are sublimation printed.
